4.Optional Removal Service
You can add a removal service to recycle your old mattress and bed frame.
One mattress order = removal of one old mattress.
One bed frame order = removal of one old bed frame/box spring. All items must be clean and ready for pickup without disassembly.
Unfortunately, all Bokihuk products are shipped through a unified logistics network, so expedited delivery services are not available. Most orders typically arrive within 2-8 business days after shipment.
We occasionally deliver ground parcels on Saturdays, but Sunday deliveries are not available at this time.
Due to Bokihuk’s collaboration with third-party logistics partners, we cannot guarantee precise delivery dates. Weather conditions or operational delays may occasionally cause delivery times to vary by approximately one day.
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. We recommend closely monitoring the tracking information to stay informed about your package’s estimated delivery time.
For mattresses and large furniture items, you don’t need to keep the original box — our mattresses are compressed using industrial machines and can’t be repacked. If you’d like to reuse the box, it makes a great playhouse, rocket ship, or even a makeshift desk!
For soft goods like bedding and pillows, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (or in-store purchase) if unused and in original packaging and condition.
For other products, any sturdy box will work for returns. Keeping the original box is optional but can make the process easier.
